Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Partial Refunds
Some situations allow for partial refunds:
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping returns

- You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Tip: For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
